Acrylic is an excellent Wool substitute; it is softer, warm and light weight. It dues very well and has very good colour fastness. It is resilient, retains its shape and resists shrinkage & wrinkles.
Acrylic is resistant to moths, oils & chemicals and is very resistant to deterioration from sunlight exposure. Also it is recyclable and outstanding wickability & quick drying to move moisture from body surface.

For those who love wool, but are allergic to it, it is the excellent choice.
